We have lead numerous commercial and industrial firms and institutions in creating or expanding their energy management programs at corporate headquarters and high technology manufacturing, aerospace, research, and pharmaceutical facilities, schools and hospitals. Project experience includes evaluating and designing a wide range of retrofit options, such as alternative utility rates, cogeneration systems, total lighting retrofit, chiller upgrades and central plant improvements, boiler retrofits, motor replacement, and HVAC system redesign.

Our work with Energy Services Companies (ESCO’s) includes preliminary feasibility studies, detailed energy analysis, and preparing design documents for construction.
